Analyzed samples of Perlas-3 well show Hydrogen Index values range from 50 to 400 mg HC / gr TOC (Total Organic Carbon). Tmax maturity values are at the early hydrocarbon window. Kerogen type varies between II and III indicating presence of rock levels with marine and terrestrial organic matter supply, respectively (Figure 6).
